MDI Gurgaon admission process 2026
MDI Gurgaon (MDI) follows a multi-stage admission process. Candidates must first clear the CAT with an overall percentile of 94.0 or above. Shortlisted candidates are then called for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds held at the campus.
The final selection is based on a composite score that includes CAT score, academic performance (Class 10, 12, and graduation), work experience, WAT performance, and PI performance. Each component carries different weightage depending on the year's admission policy.
MDI Gurgaon CAT 2026 cutoff — section-wise
In addition to the overall cutoff of 94.0 percentile, MDI applies sectional cutoffs. Typically, candidates need 80+ percentile in each of VARC, DILR, and QA individually. Meeting only the overall cutoff without sectional minimums leads to automatic disqualification.
